General Information

The Pittsburgh Public Schools is now offering a secure site for former students of permanently closed schools to order transcripts, attendance, and employment verifications.

Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.

 

Please note: Our office does not duplicate nor replicate high school diplomas once one is issued.

 

Please also note the instructions below (The following may not be requested) on acquiring Connelly GED transcripts or verifications through the GED Office in Harrisburg.

 

Please note the information below:

  • Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days to process student record orders due to the high volume of requests that we receive. Our office manages and disseminates student records for 100+ open and closed Pittsburgh Public Schools.
  • If you need this immediately, please choose the “Express Processing” (an additional $20) option at the bottom of your online request. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for express processing.
  • Only 1 school can be requested for each request placed.
  • There is a 1$ fee for each copy and a $4 convenience fee for each order
  • Mailed, phoned and faxed requests will no longer be accepted.
  • Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM).
  • If you are a Corporation requesting a Graduation Verification, the verification will be delivered by EMAIL, not mail

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email, phone and/or text.
